Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Construction Manager with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and address any delays or issues that may arise
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Experience working in the construction industry (internships or co-op positions will be considered)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other design software

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this entry-level position. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Malikiyah. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
