Experienced Restaurant Manager in Riyadh


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Riyadh. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, budgeting, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff members, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff
- Create and implement schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve service quality
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or complaints promptly
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain stock levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Create budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability of the restaurant
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month (tax-free)
