We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Jizan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities are in good condition. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, physically fit, and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas such as hallways, staircases, and elevators
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damaged items
- Respond promptly to requests from tenants or management for repairs or maintenance
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, climbing, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
