Location: Muscat, Oman (Open to all nationalities)



A reputable construction company in Muscat is seeking an experienced Mason to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, concrete blocks, stone, and other similar materials.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Mix mortar and use various hand tools to build or repair walls, chimneys, arches, and other structures
- Lay bricks or other masonry units in horizontal and vertical lines as per construction plans
- Use levels, plumb lines, and rulers to ensure accuracy of work
- Cut or shape bricks or other masonry units to fit into irregular spaces using hand or power tools
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or masonry units
- Clean and restore existing masonry structures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Proficient in mixing mortar and using hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of bricks and masonry units and their uses
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with excellent measurement skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. The successful candidate will also receive a free visa and ticket.
