Land Surveyor (Part-time/Indian Nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Ajman. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment and software to accurately measure and map land features, as well as working closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and maps
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Work with engineers and architects to determine the most accurate placement of structures on the land
- Ensure all measurements are accurate and comply with industry standards
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide guidance on site layouts and elevations
- Maintain records of survey data for future reference

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position. Working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
