Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine exact locations and measurements of land, structures, and other features. You will work with a team to collect data and create maps, plans, and reports for construction projects. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various environments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Collect data on property boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Analyze survey data to create accurate maps and plans
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with legal regulations and safety guidelines
- Prepare reports and documentation for completed surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills
