Mason Supervisor



As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons in the construction of various structures. This position is located in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait and is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Contract:
This is a contract position, with the duration of the contract to be determined at the time of hiring.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine materials required and construction methods.
- Inspect work progress to ensure that it meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Train new masons in techniques, tools, and equipment used for masonry work.
- Estimate materials and labor costs for projects.
- Maintain records of daily activities, including materials used, work completed, and hours worked by employees.
- Collaborate with other contractors or supervisors to coordinate work activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role.
- Proven knowledge of various masonry techniques such as brickwork, blockwork, stonework etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Must have own tools for the job.
