We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Isa Town. As a Handyman, your main responsibility will be to perform various maintenance and repair tasks around our facilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Fix any issues or damages reported by tenants or management.
- Install and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, and windows.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies.
- Adhere to all safety regulations while performing tasks.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of various repair tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.
