Entry-Level Baker in Al-Kuwait



We are excited to offer an entry-level position for a Baker in our established bakery located in Al-Kuwait. This opportunity is suitable for Egyptian nationals who are passionate about baking and are looking to develop their skills and experience in a professional setting.

As an entry-level Baker, you will assist our experienced team in creating delicious baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other specialty items. You will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced bakers and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the baking process.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients
- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Assist with decorating and finishing baked goods
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Clean and maintain work area according to food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous baking experience is an asset but not required
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1400$. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
