Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and gathering data on the physical features of land. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment and tools to measure distances, angles, and elevations, creating maps and reports based on your findings, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using traditional methods or advanced technologies like GPS.
- Measuring land boundaries, topography, and elevation changes.
- Recording accurate data and taking precise measurements.
- Creating maps and reports based on survey data.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction workers to provide accurate information for planning and building projects.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring its proper functioning.
- Adhering to safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
- Extensive knowledge of survey equipment and techniques.
- Proficiency in using GIS software.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans.
- Excellent math skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for working with a team.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian or African candidates who possess a biometric passport. This job does not require fluency in English or provide accommodation.
