Barista for a Busy Cafe in Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our fast-paced cafe in Lusail, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with a passion for coffee and prior experience as a barista.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area at all times
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Process payments using the POS system
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Indian national with valid visa sponsorship in Qatar
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
