Contract Carpenter in Vianden


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Carpenter to join our team in Vianden. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing various structures made of wood, such as building frameworks, partitions, doors, and furniture. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or other specifications to plan the layout and installation of structures
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges
- Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools
- Install structures or fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, or hardware using carpentry tools
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction projects in residential or commercial settings
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, sanders
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Valid work permit for Vianden

We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per week for this contract position. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
