Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Clairvaux, France
Our exclusive restaurant in Clairvaux is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and dining experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise wait staff, kitchen staff, and other employees to uphold high standards of customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menus and special promotions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the foodservice industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
