Library Manager

The Library Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the library in Clairvaux. This includes managing the library staff, developing and maintaining collections, providing reference services, and coordinating programming and events.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree in Library Science or a related field, as well as previous experience working in a library setting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as the Library Manager will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and community organizations.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage a team of library staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and maintain collections by selecting materials and overseeing cataloging
- Provide reference services to patrons, including assisting with research inquiries
