Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently hiring a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company's services
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
Salary:
1300$ per month
