We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in the charming city of Clairvaux, France. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality menus that reflect current culinary trends
- Oversee the purchasing and inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation and service
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following food safety standards and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu items

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a passion for continuously improving menu offerings
- Fluent in French (preferred) or English

Salary:
$1400 per month (without accommodation). Additional benefits may be provided based on experience level.
