Construction Manager - Clairvaux, France


As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Clairvaux, France. Your main duties will include coordinating with clients and subcontractors, creating project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and managing project timelines. You must have previous experience in construction management and a strong understanding of the construction industry. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Create project schedules and budgets, including cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress on projects to ensure adherence to timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure necessary materials at competitive prices
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Regularly communicate updates on project status to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1700 per month
