Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Clairvaux, France


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Clairvaux, France. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive construction plans and schedules.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects in France.
