Contract Surveyor


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented contract surveyor to join our team in Clairvaux. As a contract surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and reports for various construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Prepare accurate measurements and reports for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project accuracy
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and address any concerns
- Review plans, maps, and other documents to ensure accuracy of data
- Keep detailed records of survey data and findings
- Adhere to all safety regulations while on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred but not required
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, levels, etc.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is a plus
