Urgent Merchandiser for Retail Store in Clairvaux



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Clairvaux. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and stocked correctly, maintaining inventory levels, and creating visually appealing displays to attract customers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the store manager to determine the best product placement and display strategies
- Stock shelves and racks with merchandise according to planograms and visual merchandising guidelines
- Conduct regular inventory checks and communicate any discrepancies or low stock levels to the store manager
- Use creativity to create eye-catching displays that showcase products and drive sales
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged with accurate pricing information
- Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly
- Keep display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to execute promotional events or sales campaigns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in merchandising preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms accurately
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and visual merchandising concepts

Salary: 1700$ without accommodation
