Sales Manager
Location: Clairvaux, France
Salary: 1600$
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Your main objective will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify key selling points for our products
- Monitor and report on sales performance, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure efficient operations
- Train new sales team members and provide ongoing coaching for professional development
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office programs
- Fluency in French is required, proficiency in English is a plus
