Plumber Technician



As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, determining the layout of plumbing systems, identifying and fixing plumbing issues, and installing new pipes and fixtures. You will also be required to interact with clients and provide them with information on plumbing maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, etc.
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning pipes and fixtures
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems using appropriate tools
- Ensure all work is in compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Provide clients with information on maintenance and repair of their plumbing systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical diagrams
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Own visa or valid work permit
- Willingness to work full-time in Remish

Salary:
