Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist



As a Handyman at our property in Remish, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a skilled individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken fixtures
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins
- Assist with larger repair projects such as painting, carpentry work, and electrical or plumbing repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in various weather conditions

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.

Our property is located in the beautiful city of Remish. Preference will be given to candidates who are local or willing to relocate.
