Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks for transport. You will ensure that materials are loaded efficiently and safely, and that the equipment is properly maintained. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, such as front-end loaders, to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Ensure proper loading techniques to prevent damage to materials or equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect machinery before and after use, reporting any issues to the supervisor
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs
- Complete daily logs and reports as required
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish, preference for local candidates but open to all nationalities
