Experienced Plumber

As an experienced Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include reading blueprints and drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems, installing pipes and fixtures, testing for leaks, and ensuring compliance with building codes. You must have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools and equipment used in the trade. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month in the city of Clairvaux. A biometric passport is required for employment. This position is urgent, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Plumber.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Good physical condition to handle heavy equipment.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, etc.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks using air or water pressure gauges.
- Repair or replace broken or damaged pipes, fittings or fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients or team members as needed.

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that may require working in tight spaces or at heights. You may also need to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The working hours may vary depending on the project and may include evenings, weekends or holidays. You will be provided with all necessary tools and equipment to perform your duties.
