Warehouse Operations Supervisor

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Remish. This role is perfect for an experienced warehouse worker looking to take the next step in their career and join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse setting, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Proficiency in inventory management software; experience with SAP is preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, as well as work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
