We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our healthcare team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Nurse, you will provide primary care and treatment to patients while promoting health and wellness within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of nursing practice

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Luxembourg
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to patient care

Working Conditions:
