Part-Time Executive Chef
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg
We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to customers
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to ensure consistency and quality
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling shifts and providing feedback
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or special events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with both staff and customers
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
