Part-Time Restaurant Manager
As a Part-Time Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Wiltz. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and other employees
- Create and maintain schedules for staff to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Keep track of financial records, including sales, expenses, and profits
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible with scheduling as this is a part-time position
- Must have valid work visa for Wiltz or be eligible for sponsorship
Salary: $1200 per month (based on experience)
