Surveyor - Land Development

As a Surveyor for our land development team, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land boundaries for various projects in Wiltz. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the accurate and efficient development of land for residential, commercial, and industrial use.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic surveys to determine property boundaries and elevations
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and robotic instruments
- Create maps and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients and project managers
- Communicate with team members to coordinate surveying activities
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in land development
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and CAD software
- Knowledge of land development processes, laws, and regulations in Wiltz preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month with potential for growth within the company. We also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
