Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on various construction projects in Wiltz. Your main duties will include supervising and directing the mason team to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct a team of masons on construction sites in Wiltz
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Coordinate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Train new mason employees as needed
- Monitor progress of projects and report any issues or delays to management
- Inspect completed work for quality control
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for yourself and your team
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason or in a similar construction role
- Experience with bricklaying, stone masonry, stucco work, concrete pouring, and other related tasks
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Biometric passport (preferred)
- Accommodation in or near Wiltz (preferred)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience and performance.
