Machine Operator Supervisor

As a Machine Operator Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Dickirch. Your primary role will be to ensure that the machines and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently, while also supervising a team of machine operators. This is a full-time position that requires experience in machine operation and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of machine operators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor the operation of machines and equipment to ensure they are running correctly
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the machines, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
- Train new machine operators on proper operation techniques and safety procedures
- Keep accurate records of production numbers, downtime, and maintenance schedules

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a machine operator is required
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine operation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1200 per month
