Restaurant Manager (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Our restaurant, located in the charming city of Dickirch, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise and schedule staff as needed
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflows
- Monitor food quality and service standards to maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with restaurant management software systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to handle urgent situations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in Europe or knowledge of European cuisine
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU/EEA citizens
