As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties in Wiltz. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month. The job is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged appliances
- Performing minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Painting walls and performing other touch-ups to maintain the appearance of properties
- Assisting with the installation of new fixtures or appliances
- Responding to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Inspecting properties regularly to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Maintaining inventory of tools and equipment needed for repairs

Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with tenants in a professional manner
- Flexible schedule to accommodate emergency repair requests
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodation
