Office Assistant - Entry Level (Contract Position)
We are a dynamic and fast-paced company seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Dickirch. In this entry level role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience while supporting various office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support other departments with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this contract position. While experience is not required for this role, we are seeking someone who is eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
