Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes or customer requests
- Ensure all dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully
- Manage inventory by ordering ingredients, tracking supplies, and minimizing waste
- Train and oversee kitchen staff on proper techniques for pastry-making
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or seasonal specials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in pastry-making

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
