Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dickirch, Luxembourg



We are searching for an experienced and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the city of Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail
- Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
- Respond to guest inquiries or concerns in a polite and professional manner
- Upsell menu items or specials as directed by management
- Accept payment from guests, process transactions accurately, and return change promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health of our guests

Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month. In addition, we offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.

Location:
This position is located at our fine dining restaurant in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
