Part-Time Administrator
Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg
We are in need of a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks including data entry, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of any other languages is a plus)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this part-time position.
