Indian Sales Manager - Riyadh


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of the Indian market. As an English speaking sales manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience working in the Saudi Arabian market
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry (e.g. FMCG, retail)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on findings
