Entry-Level Welder


We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an entry-level welder, you will be responsible for assisting experienced welders in various welding tasks, including cutting, grinding, and assembling metal parts. This is a contract position with a starting salary of 1400$, and no previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced welders in preparing materials for welding, including cutting and grinding
- Operate welding equipment under the guidance of experienced welders
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Assist in assembling metal parts according to blueprints or instructions
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the lead welder or supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Basic understanding of welding principles and techniques is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
