Barista (English Speaking) - Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks to our customers, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Operate coffee making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
