Construction Manager


We are currently hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Indian national or someone with experience working in India, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and managing the construction process, as well as ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Review contracts and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
