Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects in Al-Rayyan. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as monitoring progress and addressing any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that projects are completed on time
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective completion of projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, senior management, and other team members
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project timeline or budget and develop contingency plans as needed
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for construction projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in Al-Rayyan or similar location preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus

Salary: 1700$
Nationality Preference: Pakistani (other nationalities welcome to apply)
Location: Al-Rayyan (candidates willing to relocate will also be considered)
