Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking an Entry-Level Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. This position is ideal for someone without prior experience in construction management, as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Manage construction budget and track expenses
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed on site
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Hire and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding project progress and potential delays or challenges

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
