Courier Delivery Assistant

As a Courier Delivery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our courier in delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This job is based in Medina and is open to Egyptian nationals with or without experience. Fluency in English is not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the courier in loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and any issues that may arise
- Collect payments from customers if necessary
- Keep track of all packages and ensure they are delivered to the correct location
- Report any delays or issues to the courier immediately

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport (Egyptian nationality preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Physical fitness to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of city streets and routes in Medina
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this role is 1800$. Additional benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
