A prestigious high-end restaurant in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and pastries that will delight our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new pastry and dessert recipes that reflect our restaurant's vision and concept
- Ensure all desserts and pastries are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients, equipment, and supplies
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry staff
- Create visually appealing presentations for desserts and pastries
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques and principles
- Creative flair for developing unique dessert recipes
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Certification from a reputable culinary institution is an asset
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary:
