We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabrication, and possess a strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Determine the appropriate welding technique for each project
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials for defects or imperfections prior to welding
- Clean and prepare materials for welding
- Perform various types of welds including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with equipment or materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Own visa preferred but not required

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This is an urgent position open to all nationalities. Part-time positions may also be available. No English proficiency is required for this job.
