As the head chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, maintaining high quality standards, managing inventory and budget, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and creativity, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
