Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. This position is perfect for an Indian national looking for a job without the requirement of English language skills, previous experience or accommodation. The ideal candidate will have their own visa and be ready to take on the responsibility of managing our restaurant.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant maintains high quality standards in food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of all staff members
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of food supplies
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience in a managerial role preferred but not required
- Must have their own valid visa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in managing a successful restaurant operation
