Manager for Indian Restaurant in El-Ain
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee operations at our Indian restaurant located in El-Ain. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and consistency to ensure that all dishes meet our standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to create new menus and dishes that reflect authentic Indian cuisine
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role at an Indian restaurant or similar establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is highly preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
1500$ per month
